* Replaced `ARDUINOJSON_USE_ARDUINO_STRING` by `ARDUINOJSON_ENABLE_STD_STRING` and `ARDUINOJSON_ENABLE_ARDUINO_STRING` (issue #378 )
* Added example `StringExample.ino` to show where `String` can be used
